Moments Shoot & Mangal Darshan are jointly organizing the photography tour to Leh Ladakh on 20th Jun - 5th Jul 2015

Train Journey - Duration: 16 Days    Date: 20th Jun - 5th Jul 2015 (Mumbai to Mumbai)
Air Journey -    Duration: 13 Days    Date: 22th Jun - 4th Jul 2015 (Srinagar to Chandigarh)

Destinations covered: Srinagar, Sonamarg, Kargil, Leh, Pengong Lake, Khardung La, Tsokar lake, Sarchu, Manali  


Cost: 33525/-INR. Per person (on twin sharing basis)

Leh Ladakh is blessed with God gifted landscapes, Snow capped Mountains & Crystal clear sky. It was open for tourism in around 1970s, since then it is most visited & favorite place in India. To explore & enjoy the beauty of Leh Ladakh one needs to spend at least a week.

Photo tour Schedule:

Day 1: 20th  June
Afternoon 12:05 train to Jammu Tawi.

Day 2: 21st June
Whole Day Train Journey. 

Day 3: 22nd June
Midnight Arrival at Jammu Station at 1:15 AM. Onwards bus journey to Srinagar. Arrival at Srinagar by 11 AM. Whole Day rest. Evening Shikara ride. Stay Srinagar. Those who wish to come by flight Mumbai Srinagar flight on 22nd Jun will directly reach hotel. Overnight Srinagar. 

Day 4: 23rd June
Start our road trip from Srinagar to Sonamarg enroute Khirbhawani temple, Sonamarg to Kargil via mighty Zoji La (3528 Meters) and Drass, Pay homage to Martyrs at Kargil War memorial. Over Night Kargil. 

Day 5: 24th June
Kargil to Leh. En-route: Maitreya Buddha at Mulbekh, Pass through the rugged Ladakh ranges of Namika La (3700 Meters) and Fotu La (4108 Meters), Lamayuru Monastry, likkir Monastery. Pray at Gurudwara Patthar sahib. Stop by the wonderful Confluence of Indus and Zanskar river at Nimu, Watch illusion of Magnetic Hill. Over Night Leh

Day 6: 25th June
Leh Local Sightseeing: Shey Palace, Hemis Gompa, Thiksey Gompa, Leh Palace, Sindhu Ghat, Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame. Over Night Leh. 

Day 7: 26th June
Full day excursion to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (Highest Motorable road- 5602 Mt), Deskit, Visit Hunder famous for its high altitude Sand dunes and the only place in India where one can see / ride double humped Bactrian Camels. Over Night Leh. 

Day 8: 27th June
Leave towards Pengong Lake (4250 Meters). En-route Windy Chang La (5290 Meters) Worlds third highest motorable road. Tented Stay at Pengong Camp. Sunset at Pengong Lake.

Day 9: 28th June
Pengong to Leh Back. Evening free for leisure and shopping. Over Night Leh.

Day 10: 29th June
Leh to Tso Kar lake Via Tanglang La. Worlds Second Highest Motorable Road. And Rupshu Planes where one can see Tibetian Kiangs (Wild Ass), and blue sheeps (Bharals) and little marmots. Explore the Tsokar lake. Night Stay in Pang. Tented camps.

Day 11: 30th June
Continue our adventure to Keylong En-route Lachung La (5059 Mt), Baralaccha la (4892 Mt) and Suraj Tal. Stay in Sissu / Keylong. 

Day 12: 1st July
From Keylong climb Rohtang La (3978 Mt) and reach Manali by afternoon. Evening free for rest and shopping stay Manali. 

Day 13: 2nd July
Manali Sightseeing - Hidimba Temple, Manu mandir, Vana Vihar, Monastery etc. Stay Manali.

Day 14: 3rd July
Is a buffer day / Shopping Day in case if we face any problems we have this extra day to spare. Night 8 PM bus to Chandigarh.

Day 15: 4th July
Arrival at Chandigarh in Morning 6 AM. Those who wish to go by flight shall leave for the airport from railway station. Those who travel by train. 10:50AM train to Mumbai

Day 16: 5th July
Afternoon arrival at 2:30 PM to Bandra terminus. Tour Ends.
