Talaopali Talao Pali (Masunda Lake, Marathi : मासुंदा तलाव) is a lake located in Thane in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The lake is surrounded by roads on all sides including Shivaji path(including STATIS flyover), Uthalsar road and Talao pali road. The lake is located about 600 m west of Thane creek and a kilometer north of Thane railway station. This is one of the recreational areas for people who live in Thane which offers boating and water scooter facilities. Laser Show Laser light is useful in entertainment because the coherent nature of laser light allows a narrow beam to be produced, which allows the use of optical scanning to draw patterns or images on walls, ceilings or other surfaces including theatrical smoke and fog without refocusing for the differences in distance, as is common with video projection. The largest Ganesh statues, on display to the public, are usually immersed on Anant Chaturdasi - 11 days after the first day of the Ganesh festival. Ganesh Chaturthi is a ten-day Hindu festival celebrated to honor the God Ganesha's birthday. He is the younger son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Ganesha is known by 108 different names and is the Lord of arts and sciences and the deva of wisdom. He is honored at the start of rituals and ceremonies as he's considered the God of beginnings. He's widely and dearly referred to as Ganapati or Vinayaka. The festival begins on Shukla Chaturthi which is the fourth day of the waxing moon period and ends on the 14th day of the waxing moon period known as Anant Chaturdashi. During the festival, colorful pandals (temporary shrines) are set up and the Lord is worshiped for ten days. Sagar Upvan - Botanical Garden - Mumbai Port Trust Garden Location : Near Colaba Bus Station, Colaba, Mumbai - 400 005. Area:46,000 sq.m. The Garden Features:Numerous rare botanical species and trees dot the Garden. Additionally, there are lush green mounds, sit outs and a pathway. The Garden is presently being maintained by AIAI (All India Association of Industries). The Garden has won 1st prize number of times in the competitions organised by the “Friends of Tress” (an NGO). A Sewage treatment plant caters to the watering needs of Garden. The garden is a boon to the citizens of Mumbai in general & South Mumbai in particular. The 800m long pathway enables morning and evening walks. The entry timings are 6.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. This photo walk is for whom?
